For the humans of practice management
Practice administrators,
with their own keys.
FeelOrganized gives the people who run behavioral health practices one place to do the work, and their own scoped identity to do it with. No more logging in as the clinician.
Giving the humans of practice management the tools they need to support clinicians as they help others feel better.
The problem
Right now, the admin logs in as the clinician.
Practice administrators hold real credentials. The therapist's Google login. The SimplePractice password. The phone system. It is how the work gets done, everyone knows it, and it quietly breaks three things at once.
The audit log names the wrong person
When the admin works inside the clinician's login, every record says the clinician did it. Months later, when something is questioned, nobody can say who actually touched it.
Offboarding is a memory test
Access does not end when someone leaves. It ends when a person remembers every password that admin knew and changes each one, and then hopes the list was complete.
A breach has no answer
If an account is compromised, the investigation opens with a shared login and a list of people who all used it. There is no way to narrow it down.
The access model
Their own identity. Scoped, granted, revocable.
This is the part of FeelOrganized that is not a convenience. It is the reason the rest of it can be trusted, and it is built in from the first screen rather than added once there is something to lose.
- 01
The administrator has their own account
A real identity with a real name on it. Not a seat inside the clinician's login, and not a credential passed around a team.
- 02
The clinician grants access
Named permissions, on one practice, for as long as the clinician wants. Nothing is implied by a job title and nothing is granted by default.
- 03
Every action is attributed
The record shows the human who acted, the clinician they acted for, and the specific grant that allowed it. Attribution is not a setting you can switch off.
- 04
Revoking takes one click
Access ends the moment it is withdrawn. Nothing to reset, no list of passwords to work through, no wondering what was missed.
FeelOrganized never asks for, stores, or brokers a clinician's password.
Read the full modelWhat it does
One place for the whole administrative day.
Practice administration is a dozen jobs held together by tabs, texts, and a spreadsheet somebody maintains out of loyalty. These are the pieces FeelOrganized is being built to hold.
Delegated access
Grant, scope, and revoke access to the systems a practice already runs on. Every action is attributed to the human who took it.
Social media
Draft posts, route them for clinician approval, then schedule and publish. Approval is a step in the workflow, not a text message at 9pm.
Billing dashboards
Practice billing that is current rather than monthly, including capitated spenddown against the cap in the period.
Timesheets
Track administrative time against the practices you support and hand it to the accounting system already in use.
SOPs that chase themselves
Write the procedure once. FeelOrganized runs it on a schedule, assigns the steps to people, and reminds them before anything is late.
People ops
Promotions, remediations, and terminations in one place, with the paperwork and the dates attached to the record.
Feel Family provisioning
Set up FeelCharts, FeelGuide, FeelSuper, FeelGreat, and FeelConnected on a clinician's behalf, using granted access rather than their password.
FeelOrganized is in early build. These describe what the product does, not a shipped feature list.
Integrations
Built for the stack a practice already runs.
The administrators who need this today are running SimplePractice, QuickBooks, Google Workspace, and a phone line. FeelOrganized manages those. The Feel family is one integration among them, not the foundation.
Nothing here is connected yet. This is the roadmap, marked honestly.

How to get it
Take the software, or take the outcome.
White label the software
License FeelOrganized and run it under your own brand for the practices you support. Your name on the login, your process inside it, our access model underneath.
Have it delivered as a service
Rather than running the software yourself, have a practice management firm run it for you. Mindful Admins, who pioneered this way of working, is the intended first delivery partner.
Part of the Feel family
FeelOrganized is the sixth product in the family, and the first one built for the person behind the clinician. It sets these up on a clinician's behalf using granted access, and it manages the rest of the practice's stack the same way.
Early access
Tell us how your practice actually runs.
FeelOrganized is being built with the administrators who will use it. If that is you, we want the messy version of how the work gets done today.
